Thursday, July 21 (In conjunction with Freshman Parent Dinner)
Thursday, August 11 - 6:30 PM (Following mandatory trip meeting)
Thursday, September 08 (Special meeting for planning of WEHS Raider Invitational)

Thursday, March 16 (Nominations for 2012-13 Officers)
Thursday, April 21 (Voting for 2012-13 Officers)
Thursday, May 10 (Second Thursday due to the end of school)

All meetings are held in the Warren East High School Band Room or Choir Room at 6:00 PM unless otherwise noted.
